When Michele Harris married Cal Harris, she thought it would be her forever love. But after four children and a successful career, things started to go down the drain. Suddenly, she had gone missing and her family wanted answers.
Michele Harris went missing back in 2001 and her body has never been found. At the time of her disappearance, Michele was trying to move on with her life by working at a restaurant as a waitress, as she was battling her husband in court over financial settlements and custody of the four kids.
The marriage had grown sour over Cal Harris’ decision to have an affair with a woman on more than on occasion. That’s when Michele pulled the plug and decided to pursue a new relationship.
While Cal may have been the ideal suspect for police, there were other people in her life that could be possible suspects.
Could Michele’s boyfriend be the cause of her disappearance? What about Cal? Or what about some of the people she was hanging out with at work the night she disappeared, some of which had criminal records?
Here’s the long driveway that led up to the Harris’ home on the private lake, Empire Lake. Michele’s van was parked at the end of the driveway after she disappeared, but her husband was unable to see her car from the home, where he was getting ready with the four children.
But the whole case would be turned upside down, when a man came forward, claiming he had seen Michele Harris at the end of the driveway the morning of her disappearance.
